Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime in account settings. You'll retain access for the remainder of your current billing period. After Stripe confirms, your plan will downgrade to Free at the next cycle.

What payment methods do you support?

We process payments through Stripe. Card payments support Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit or debit cards. Alipay and WeChat Pay are available when enabled in Checkout; bank transfers are not currently supported.

Question 3

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your plan in account settings under subscription management. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Specific rules follow Stripe's billing policies.

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits, or purchase a one-time credit pack in account settings. Credit packs are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Free signup credits expire 365 days after registration. Purchased credit packs expire 365 days after purchase. Monthly subscription credits are available during the active subscription and replenished each month. Unused credits that expire are forfeited and non-refundable.

Question 6

How are the 'Up to ~X pages' estimates calculated?

HTML PPT estimates are based on Quick PPT mode (10 pages per deck, 300 credits each, ~30 credits/page). 2K Image PPT costs 100 credits per page. Credits are shared across all features (chat, document parsing, etc.), so using other features will reduce the number of PPT pages you can generate.
