Paid Services

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed by authorized payment providers. You authorize applicable charges and taxes.
Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After the 14-day period, refunds are available only where required by applicable law. Partial-month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations. Credits and promotional balances are non-refundable.
Plan Changes
Upgrades or downgrades may change billing timing, credits, limits, or feature access.

Disclaimers
As-Is Service
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or non-unique. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before use. AtomStorm does not claim ownership of AI-generated content created through your use of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain rights in the outputs you generate, subject to the underlying model providers' terms. AtomStorm may use anonymized, aggregated usage patterns to improve the service, but will not use your specific content for model training without your consent.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may suspend services for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
Limitation of Liability
Indirect Damages
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to AtomStorm during the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; such limits apply only to the extent legally permitted.
Termination
Termination by User
You may terminate by canceling your subscription and stopping use of the service.
Termination by AtomStorm
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, abuse, non-payment, or legal requirements.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. For free-tier accounts, content data is deleted after 30 days. For paid accounts, you may export your data within 30 days of termination via Settings > Privacy > Download My Data. After this period, data is permanently deleted except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records retained for 7 years). Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and intellectual property) shall survive.

Additional Legal Information
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation for 30 days. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or remotely at the claimant's election. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision shall be void.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement: These terms, together with applicable policies and order documents, form the complete agreement between you and AtomStorm Studio.
