Free-tier accounts: conversation and content data is retained for 30 days after last activity, then automatically purged. Paid accounts: data is retained for the duration of the subscription and deleted upon account closure unless legally required otherwise. Billing records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. You may request earlier deletion via your account settings or by contacting support@atomstorm.ai.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems on a need-to-know basis.
Cookies and Tracking
We always use one strictly necessary session cookie for authentication. Optional analytics cookies are disabled by default and are only set after your explicit consent. When enabled, they help us measure traffic sources, page performance, feature adoption, and billing conversion events. You can change or withdraw consent at any time in Settings > Privacy.
